Cancellation
policy.

This page restates the policy published at byanymeansbball.com/cancellation. In any dispute, the version hosted on the business's own domain governs.

1. One-time payment programs

All one-time payment programs are non-refundable. Once purchased, lifetime access to the program is granted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription-based programs

All subscriptions are non-refundable, including monthly and annual subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, no additional charges will be made, but no refunds will be provided for the current or past billing periods.

3. How to cancel

Subscriptions can be cancelled by either of the following:

• Using the in-app messaging system
• Sending an email to info@byanymeansbball.com

Please allow up to 48 hours for cancellation requests to be processed. If a cancellation request is submitted before the next renewal date but processed after renewal, the renewal charge will be refunded.

4. Important notes

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that cancellation requests are submitted in advance of the renewal date to avoid charges.
• Refunds will only apply to charges made after a cancellation request has been received but before it was processed, provided the request was made prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds are not available for any period where the subscription has already been active and accessible.

5. In-person programs

The published cancellation policy covers Virtual Academy products. Cancellation and deposit terms for in-person programs — Summer Academy, ADAPT Global, ADAPT club membership, and college and pro player development — are not published separately — to be confirmed. Ask for these in writing before paying a deposit for any residential program.

6. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. If you have any questions or concerns, contact info@byanymeansbball.com. Cancellation requests, billing questions and anything else receive a response within 24–48 hours.
