Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy published at byanymeansbball.com/cancellation. This page sets out that position in refund terms. In any dispute, the version hosted on the business's own domain governs.

1. The general position

Purchases are non-refundable. This applies to both purchase models the business operates:

• One-time payment programs. Once purchased, lifetime access is granted and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Subscriptions, monthly and annual. Cancelling stops future charges. No refund is provided for the current billing period or for any past billing period.

2. The one exception

There is a single circumstance in which a refund is issued. If you submit a cancellation request before your renewal date, but the request is not processed until after the renewal charge has been taken, that renewal charge will be refunded.

This is why the 48-hour processing window matters: submit cancellation requests with time to spare, and keep a record of when you sent them.

3. What is not refundable

• Any period during which a subscription has already been active and accessible.
• Any one-time program, once access has been granted.
• Any charge made before a cancellation request was received.

4. Digital products and access

Because programs are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, the business treats delivery as complete at the point of purchase. Where a program includes a physical component — for example a book bundled with the coaching certification, or merchandise supplied on completion — the terms covering that component are not published separately — to be confirmed.

5. In-person programs and deposits

Summer Academy, ADAPT Global, ADAPT club membership and college and pro player development are booked through application and enquiry rather than direct checkout. Deposit, withdrawal and refund terms for these are not published — to be confirmed. Request them in writing before paying anything toward a residential program, and confirm the weekly rate at the same time: the business currently publishes two different prices for the day-camp tier.

6. Merchandise

Apparel is sold through a separate storefront, By Any Means Supply Co. Returns and exchanges for physical goods are governed by that store's own policies, not restated here — to be confirmed.
